  • Blacklist: Definition of the companies that may not be addressed
  • Skill assessment: list of the most important criteria of the position. The client rates them from 1 to 3. This helps us to evaluate the candidates

Search for potential executives

  • Direct search: Identification of potential candidates via social media
  • Advertisement placement: Processing of incoming applications and contacting the interesting applicants
  • Telephone/Skype interviews: Examination of basic suitability of candidates for the position
  • Personal interviews: in-depth evaluation of the sought-after skills and motivation of candidates to change
  • Reporting: continuous reports on project development are sent to the client, including the candidate CVs and our evaluation

Presentation of selected candidates

Presentation of the candidates

  • Candidate presentation: the most suitable and interesting candidates are personally presented to the client. We have selected these candidates together with the client
  • Final interviews (sfi participation is optional): the candidates favored by the client are invited to the final personal interviews, or receive the contract offer from the client
