A meeting between the project management of Sergey Frank International and the managing director and HR manager of Meier Technic Tool AG provides the client with precise ideas about the candidate. A standard salary package with interesting variable incentives and a detailed search profile are developed.

Based on a targeted direct search and/or placement of ads, Sergey Frank International makes a pre-selection of suitable people and conducts detailed telephone and video interviews with the potential candidates. This is followed by face-to-face discussions in the target country, in which, in addition to the professional; the personal suitability of the candidates for the position sought is checked. The most suitable candidates are then personally presented to the managing director and head of HR at Meier Technic Tool AG, who decide on a candidate and a possible second appointment.
