Maria Smid deals with all issues related to market entry, sales and international remuneration, working as a Partner in the Vienna office of Sergey Frank International. In addition, she carries out interviews with potential candidates and is a member of the training, appraisals and seminars team. As a Consultant and Project Manager she offers many years of international expert knowledge, especially in the fields of remuneration and organisation. This involves the development of complete compensation systems and remuneration benchmarks as well as the organisation and implementation of sales projects and specific market analyses, including the identification and selection of suitable distribution partners.
Maria Smid investigates relevant labour markets and offers advice on various HR-related issues which eventually lead to the development of comprehensive action plans.
Prior to her assignment at Sergey Frank International, Maria Smid worked as a Consultant and Project Manager Compensation & Benefits at one of the leading global consulting firms in Vienna. Here, she was also in charge of management workshops, dealing with issues such as variable compensation or target agreement systems.
Her international experience comprises the DACH countries as well as Japan, the USA and various countries in Eastern Europe.
